We do not like to keep our patients waiting but we recognize that often patients will arrive early or may be accompanied by family or friends.  Our reception area is bright and spacious and we can offer some light refreshments while you settle into the daily paper, a book or magazine. Children are kept occupied with a selection of toys and games and specially prepared activity sheets.

As it is important to us that you are safe and comfortable, we have installed and use up to date dental x-ray and infection control equipment and procedures.  Our equipment is serviced regularly to ensure it is operating efficiently.

We are very proud of the dental care facility we have created for you. Our imaging equipment allows you to see inside your mouth making it easier for you to see and understand your dental needs.

Our dentists explain treatment recommendations and work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs and expectations.  Our team helps you to understand what role you play in ensuring your treatment is successful and you know how to look after your investment.

Our treatment rooms are cosy and comfortable, your dental chair feels like an arm chair as your recline back.  On the ceiling above each treatment station we have an audio visual unit – useful for patient education and to display relaxation DVD’s.  If you wish you can even bring your own DVD to watch while we take care of your treatment needs.

To ensure your treatment is comfortable, we can administer or prescribe modern local anesthetics, Penthrox, Nitrous Oxide (Happy Gas), analgesics and anti-anxiety drugs if need be.

We encourage our patients to join our continuing care programme helping you to have the comfort and piece of mind that your mouth is healthy and well maintained.
